Join Mums & Gist at VEO Meadows for a fun morning on the water with like-minded mums, plenty of laughter and the best energy.
We’ll be trying AquaFit Core a workout on floating fitness mats, combining yoga, Pilates and a playful balance challenge. Expect a few wobbles, lots of encouragement and plenty to laugh about together!
